A leading UK life insurer using WARM’s ‘Pandora’ platform has launched a free online health services app for its existing customers.
Developed by Square Health, the app provides access to a range of additional physical and mental health benefits. The solution can also be tailored to meet the individual requirements of insurers and financial services providers.
The six services available through the app are:
- Second Medical Opinion
- Remote GP Consultations
- Prescription Services
- Physiotherapy
- Mental Health Support, including access to counsellors, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) specialists and psychologists
- Health MOT, testing the status of more than 20 health markers
Steve Casey, Marketing Director at Square Health, highlighted the growing importance of value-added health services, particularly digital GP consultations and mental health support. He explained that the solution provides customers with high-quality protection services through seamless integration between the mobile app and the insurer’s existing protection platform.
Jensen Nixon, CEO of WARM, said the project team worked closely with Square Health and the insurer to design and develop the app and supporting API. This collaborative approach ensured that the solution was flexible, well-integrated and ready for launch.
WARM and OPAL’s ‘Pandora’ platform has successfully supported the sales and administration of the insurer’s protection products for several years. The mobile app integration represents the latest in a series of enhancements designed to support growth, improve the customer experience and strengthen the provider’s position within the protection market.
Pandora’s expanding ecosystem demonstrates how a modern protection platform can enable providers to distribute products at scale while benefiting from comprehensive digital integration and sector-leading speed to market.
