Transition Technologies PSC UKI Limited (“TT PSC”) and WARM Limited (“WARM”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), opening a new pathway for collaboration on technology solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem in the Channel Islands.
Under the agreement, both companies aim to jointly deliver projects across the public and private sectors, leveraging complementary capabilities and experience. TT PSC brings its expertise in delivering advanced cloud and technology solutions, while WARM contributes its strengths in systems integration and technology consulting.
Through this collaboration, both companies will be able to introduce innovative solutions more quickly and effectively, addressing customer needs in the rapidly evolving Microsoft technology landscape (Cloud, Data & AI). By combining forces, they will not only expand their reach, but also tailor their offering more closely to the specifics of the local market.
The joint presence of both companies in the Channel Islands region provides a strong foundation for continued growth and expansion, while broadening the services portfolio for existing and new customers.
