SAP System Upgrade
WARM, working as part of the Delivery Partner consortium (with Deloitte, Sysdoc, and SAP), provided critical expertise in Integration, Testing, PMO, and Service Delivery. The WARM team developed and implemented Integration Strategies, Application Landscape Mappings, and Functional Specifications across 40 interfaces for 23 systems, supporting process automation and SAP “Fit to Standard” API design. This involved complex integration testing across SAP modules, legacy systems, and third-party applications, using technologies like Web Services, ESB, ETL, iDocs, BAPI, and RFCs. Testing activities were comprehensively documented, ensuring robust quality control across all phases of delivery. We continue to collaborate with GoJ to build long-term SAP capabilities, ensuring the ongoing success and value of the ITS Programme through system upgrades and support.
